HUBUNGAN EFIKASI DIRI DENGAN MOTIVASI DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SKRIPSI DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this research was to find out correlation between self-efficacy and motivation in completing theses during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were 69 accounting education students who were completing their thesis during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample is determined by technique probability sampling with the simple random sampling method, sample of research were 60 people. Data of research were collected through questionnaires and data validity test using SPSS for windows version 25 software. Data analysis using correlation test, simple regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that there is a positive corellation between self-efficacy and motivation in completing theses during the Covid-19 pandemic. The regression model is Y = 19.515 + 0.794X. Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Motivation In Completing Thesis, Covid-19 pandemic ABSTRAK Tujuan adanya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan motivasi dalam menyelesaikan skripsi di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2016 yang sedang menyelesaikan skripsi di masa pandemi Covid-19 sebanyak 69 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling yang berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dan uji validitas data menggunakan software SPSS for windows versi 25. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi, analisis regresi sederhana, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara efikasi diri dengan motivasi dalam menyelesaikan skripsi di masa pandemi Covid-19.
