PENGARUH MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING BERBANTU MEDIA MONOPOLI TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN AKUNTANSI DI SMK

Abstract
The purposes of this research was to examine the difference student's critical thinking ability in using problem based learning model assisted by monopoly media and problem based learning in accounting learning. This research used the experimental research method with pretest-posttesst control group design. The data of the research were test, observation, and documentation. The data of the research were analyzed by using the independent sample t-test, paired sample t-test, and N-gain. The result of the research indicates there was a different student's critical thinking ability in using problem based learning model assisted by monopoly media and problem based learning in accounting learning based on Independent Sample T-Test Sig. (2-tailed)<α (0.022 <0.05). Paired Sample T-Test showed that there was an impact of the problem based learning model assisted by monopoly media on student’s critical thinking ability of Sig. (2-tailed)<α (0,000<0.05). N-Gain indicates the experimental class has a moderate increase with a value of 0,54. The conclusion of this research is critical thinking ability of students who learn to use problem based learning model assisted by monopoly media better 4.2 points (posttest average) or 0.14 (Ngain average) than critical thinking ability of students who learn to use problem based learning model.

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji perbedaan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang belajar menggunakan model problem based learning berbantu media monopoli dan model problem based learning pada pembelajaran akuntansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan pretest-posttesst control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Independent Sample T-Test, Paired Sample T-Test dan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang belajar menggunakan model problem based learning berbantu media monopoli dan model problem based learning pada pembelajaran akuntansi berdasarkan pengujian Independent Sample T-Test nilai Sig.(2-tailed)<α (0,022<0,05). Paired Sample T-Test juga menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh model problem based learning berbantu media monopoli terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan Sig.(2-tailed)<α (0,000<0,05). N-Gain menunjukkan kelas eksperimen memiliki peningkatan sedang dengan nilai 0,54. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang belajar menggunakan model problem based learning berbantu media monopoli lebih baik 4,2 poin (rata-rata posttest) atau 0,14 (rata-rata N-Gain) daripada kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang belajar menggunakan model problem based learning.
