PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN AKUNTANSI DAN KEUANGAN LEMBAGA
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the critical thinking skills of accounting and financial expertise competence.This research used in this study is quantitative methods. The population of this study was class XI students accounting and financial expertise competence at State Vocational School X as many as 52 students. Sampling used in this study is the saturation sampling method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and tests. The analysis prerequisite tests include normality test, linearity test, autocorrelation test, and heterokedasticity test. The data analysis techniques used in this study is Simple Linear Regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between emotional intelligence on critical thinking skills, indicated by a positive linear regression coefficient of 0.590 and a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). The results revealed that emotional intelligence contributed 38.7% to critical thinking skills. Among the emotional intelligence sub-variables, the intra-personal sub-variable had the biggest effect, namely 31%. The results show that the most influential indicator of intelligence is flexibility and self-actualization. The results of this study are expected to help teachers to improve students' critical thinking skills by increasing emotional intelligence.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kompetensi keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di SMK X sejumlah 52 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan tes. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien regresi linier bernilai positif sebesar 0,590 dan signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional menyumbang 38,7% terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Diantara sub variabel kecerdasan emosional, sub variabel intra personal berpengaruh paling besar yaitu sebesar 31%. Hasil menunjukan bahwa indikator kecerdasan yang paling besar pengaruhnya adalah fleksibilitas dan aktualisasi diri. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional.
