PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI DAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SPREADSHEET SISWA KELAS X AKUNTANSI DI SMK

Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research aimed to identify the effect of (1) self efficacy to the students’ self regulated learning; (2) self regulated learning to the students’ Spreadsheet learning achievement; (3) self-efficacy to the students’ Spreadsheet learning achievement; (4) self efficacy to the students’ Spreadsheet learning achievement indirectly through the self regulated learning. The population of this research was the students of X Accounting. The sample for this research was 85 students taken by using simple random sampling. The research methodology was quantitative method with the type of ex-post facto. The data collection was using questionnaire and documentation. The questionnaire was used for collecting the data of self efficacy and self regulated learning. The documentation was used for collecting the data of learning achievement of spreadsheet. The data of the research was analyzed by using path-analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect between all variables partially, they are self efficacy and the students’ self regulated learning, self regulated learning and the students’ Spreadsheet learning achievement, self efficacy and the students’ Spreadsheet learning. The result also showed that self efficacy can affect the students’ Spreadsheet learning achievement indirectly through self regulated learning.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara (1) efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa; (2) kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Spreadsheet siswa; (3) efikasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar Spreadsheet siswa; (4) efikasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar spreadsheet siswa secara tidak langsung melalui kemandirian belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Akuntansi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 85 siswa, yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar. Dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang prestasi belajar spreadsheet. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara semua variabel secara parsial yaitu efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa, kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar spreadsheet siswa, efikasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar spreadsheet siswa. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dapat memengaruhi prestasi belajar spreadsheet siswa secara tidak langsung melalui kemandirian belajar.
