HUBUNGAN PPL DAN SELF EFFICACY DENGAN MINAT PROFESI GURU PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN AKUNTANSI ANGKATAN 2015 FKIP UNIVERSITAS SEBELAS MARET SURAKARTA

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The aim of this study are to investigate the correlation between: 1) field experience program (PPL) and the interest to be a teacher among the accounting students of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) 2015 in Universitas Sebelas Maret 2) self efficacy and the interest to be a teacher among the accounting students of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) 2015 in Universitas Sebelas Maret 3) field experience program (PPL), self efficacy, and the interest to be a teacher among the accounting students of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) 2015 in Universitas Sebelas Maret. This study was classified into descriptive correlational. The population of this study were 51 of accounting students of Faculty and Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) 2015 in Universitas Sebelas Maret. The total number of the sample is 45 students of the population based on stratified random sampling technique. The data collection used questionairre technique and it was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The study found that: 1) there is a positive correlation between  field experience program (PPL) and the interest to be a teacher among the accounting students of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) 2015 in Universitas Sebelas Maret 2) there is a positive correlation between self efficacy and the interest to be a teacher among the accounting students of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) 2015 in Universitas Sebelas Maret 3) there is a positive and significant correlation between field experience program (PPL), self efficacy, and the interest to be a teacher among the accounting students of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) 2015 in Universitas Sebelas Maret (Fcount 25,203   > Ftable 3,220) for 54,5,7%.

ABSTRAK

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara: 1) PPL dengan minat profesi guru pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2015 FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. 2) self efficacy dengan minat profesi guru pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2015 FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. 3) PPL dan self efficacy dengan minat profesi guru pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2015 FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2015 sebanyak 51, kemudian diambil sampel sejumlah 45 dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) terdapat hubungan positif antara PPL dengan minat profesi guru pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2015 FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. 2) terdapat hubungan positif antara self efficacy dengan minat profesi guru pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2015 FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. 3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara PPL dan self efficacy dengan minat profesi guru pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2015 FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (Fhitung 25,203  > Ftabel 3,220) sebesar 54,5%.
