UPAYA PENINGKATAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR AKUNTANSI MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER DENGAN MEDIA KARTU SOAL DI SMK

Abstract

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence on the application of Numbered Head Together learning model with question card media to improve the activeness and learning outcomes of accounting students at one of state vocational school in Boyolali regency. This research belongs to classroom action research which was conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were students of class X AKL 2. The data collection techniques used consisted of evaluation, observation, interviews and documentation. To check the data validity, technical triangulation and content validity were used. This research used descriptive comparative statistical techniques and critical analysis techniques as its data analysis. Based on the result of the research, the activeness and learning outcomes of students in the first cycle experienced an increase compared to the pre-cycle, but the increase did not meet the indicators of success, hence the cycle II was carried out. The students’ activeness and learning outcomes of the second cycle have increased and have met the indicators of success. Learning activeness in the visual activities indicator was 82.86%, oral activities was 80.36%, listening activities was 84.29%, writing activities was 90.71%, and mental activities was 86.07%. In term of learning outcomes, 88.57% of students were able to achieve KKM. The conclusion of this research is the application of Numbered Head Together learning model with question card media can improve the activeness and learning outcomes of accounting of class X AKL 2 students at one of state vocational school in Boyolali regency.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empirik penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together dengan media kartu soal untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa di salah satu SMK di Kabupaten Boyolali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X AKL 2. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes evaluasi, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan validitas isi. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif komparatif dan teknik analisis kritis. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa siklus I mengalami peningkatan dari pra siklus akan tetapi belum memenuhi indikator keberhasilan sehingga dilakukan siklus II. Keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa siklus II mengalami peningkatan dan telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan. Keaktifan belajar pada indikator visual activities sebesar 82,86%, oral activties sebesar 80,36%, listening activities sebesar 84,29%, writing activities sebesar 90,71% dan mental activities sebesar 86,07%. Hasil belajar siswa sebesar 88,57% siswa mampu mencapai KKM. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together dengan media kartu soal dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X AKL 2 di salah satu SMK di Kabupaten Boyolali
