PENGARUH KESADARAN METAKOGNISI DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract
The purpose of this study was obtain empirical evidence about: 1) the influence of metacognitive awareness on learning achievement; 2) the influence of learning motivation on learning achievement; and 3) the influence of metacognitive awareness and learning motivation on learning achievement. This study was carried out with a quantitative approach. This study was applied to students of class XI majoring in Accounting, Marketing, and Office Administration who had been studying introduction of accounting at one of the schools in Surakarta with a population of 185 students. The sample of 126 students was taken using the proportionate random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation and questionnaires. Validity and reliability test were applied to obtain data validity. The data obtained were treated statistically with the help of IBM SPSS 21 software. Regression analysis was used in this study to test the hypothesis. The result of the study: 1) there was a positive and significant influence of metacognitive awareness on learning achievement (t = 5.217, p = 0.000); 2) there was a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on learning achievement (t = 2.901, p = 0.004); and 3) there was positive and significant influence of metacognitive awareness and learning motivation on learning achievement (F = 40.528, p = 0.000).

Abstrak
Tujuan studi ini adalah memperoleh bukti empiris tentang: 1) pengaruh kesadaran metakognisi terhadap hasil belajar; 2) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar; dan 3) pengaruh kesadaran metakognisi dan motivasi belajar secara terhadap hasil belajar ranah. Studi ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Studi ini diterapkan kepada siswa kelas XI jurusan Akuntansi, Pemasaran, dan Administrasi Perkantoran yang telah mempelajari pengantar akuntansi pada salah satu sekolah di Surakarta dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 185 siswa. Sampel sebanyak 126 siswa diambil dengan teknik proportionate random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas diterapkan untuk memperoleh keabsahan data. Data yang diperoleh diperlakukan secara statistik dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 21. Analisis regresi digunakan dalam studi ini untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil studi menunjukkan: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kesadaran metakognisi terhadap hasil belajar (t = 5,217, p = 0,000); 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar (t = 2,901, p = 0,004); dan 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kesadaran metakognisi dan motivasi belajar secara terhadap hasil belajar ranah (F = 40,528, p = 0,000).
