PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PERSIAPAN OLIMPIADE SAINS NASIONAL EKONOMI-AKUNTANSI BERBASIS PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KE-MANDIRIAN BELAJAR

Abstract

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research are to test: (1) the feasibility of module preparation national science olym-pic economy-accountancy scientific based; (2) the effectiveness of module preparation national science olympic economy-accountancy scientific based approach as an effort to improve independency learning na-tional science olympic participant in SMAN X. This research used the research and development method Borg and Gall. It was conducted at SMAN X on July to August 2017. The data of the research were collected through validation and response sheet, in depth interview, questioner, and documentation. The subject of the research included a learning material expert, a learning media, practitioner, and national science olympic participant. The data were analyzed by using t-test, consisting of Paired Samples t-test and Independent Samples t-test with normality test and homogeneity test as prerequisite tests. The results of the research show that: (1) the developed module preparation olympic scientific based approach is feasible to be used as a learning media indicated by the percentages of its feasibility, namely: 84% by the learning material ex-pert, 88% by the learning media expert, 85% by the practitioner, 83% by the small group testing and 84% by the field testing; (2) the developed module preparation olympic scientific based approach is effective to be used as a means of improving the students’ independency learning as shown by the result of the Paired Samples t-test result in which the value of t-stats was 8,638 with the significance value = 0,000 < 0,05 and that of the Independent Samples t-test in which the valued of t-stats was 9, 433 with the significance value = 0,000 < 0,05. The average of the independency learning of experimental class was 106,8 and that of control class was 75,0. The results of the research have theoretical and practical implications.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) menganalisis validitas modul persiapan olimpiade sains nasional ekonomi-akuntansi berbasis pendekatan saintifik; (2) menganalisis keefektifan modul persiapan olimpiade sains nasional ekonomi-akuntansi berbasis pendekatan saintifik sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemandirian belajar peserta olimpiade sains nasional di SMAN X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Borg dan Gall. Tempat penelitian di SMAN X dan waktu penelitian bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2017. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi dan lembar respon, angket dan dokumentasi. Subjek uji coba terdiri dari ahli materi, ahli media, praktisi pembelajaran akuntansi dan siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan t-test yang terdiri dari Paired Samples T test dan Independent Samples T Test dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas sebagai prasyarat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) modul persiapan olimpiade berbasis pendekatan saintifik layak digunakan dengan perolehan hasil persentase kelayakan ahli materi 84%, ahli media 88%, praktisi 85%, uji coba subjek pengguna 83%, dan uji coba lapangan 84%; (2) modul persiapan olimpiade berbasis pendekatan saintifik efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar calon peserta olimpiade sains nasional ekonomi. Hal tersebut didasarkan pada hasil Paired Samples T Test dimana nilai t hitung = 8, 638 dengan sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan Independent Samples T Test dimana nilai t hitung = 9, 443 dengan sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Rata-rata tingkat kemandirian belajar siswa kelas eksperimen sebesar 106,8 dan rata-rata tingkat ke-mandirian belajar siswa kelas kontrol sebesar 75,0. Implikasi dari penelitian ini terdiri atas implikasi teoritis dan praktis.
