Abstract

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to investigate the feasibility of Microsoft Access-based cash flow application as a service facility at the Business Center of ABC Mini Bank of Vocational High School JA-YA. This research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the research model ADDIE that modified into three stages, namely: Analysis, Design and Development (ADD). The data of the research were collected through observation, guided interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The subjects of the research were a material expert, a media expert, a practitioner and 21 students assigned as tellers. The data were analyzed by using the statistical descriptive technique of analysis. The result of the research shows that the developed Microsoft Access-based cash flow application as a service facility at the Business Center of ABC Mini Bank of Vocational High School JAYA as proved by the result of validations by the material expert, media expert, and practitioner. They respectively gave scores of 82.5% 76.5%, and 89.5% out of 100%. In addition, the tellers of ABC Mini Bank also gave their response related to the developed application. They gave their response during individual testing and field testing. The results the testing were 81.6% and 88.9% out of 100% respectively.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kelayakan aplikasi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas berbasis Microsoft Access sebagai sarana pelayanan Business Center Bank Mini ABC SMK JAYA. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang dimodifikasi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu ADD (Analysis, Design, Development). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, pedoman wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Subjek uji coba terdiri dari ahli materi, ahli media, praktisi dan peserta didik yang bertugas sebagai petugas teller sebanyak 21 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Aplikasi Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Kas Berbasis Microsoft Access sangat layak digunakan sebagai sarana pelayanan Business Center Bank Mini ABC SMK JAYA. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil validasi materi, validasi media dan validasi praktisi yang masing-masing menunjukkan 82,5%; 76,5% dan 89,5% dari kriterium yang ditetapkan (100%). Hasil penelitian juga diperoleh tanggapan dari petugas teller Bank Mini terkait aplikasi melalui uji coba perorangan dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil uji coba perorangan dan lapangan masing-masing menunjukkan 81,6% dan 88,9% dari kriterium yang ditetapkan (100%).
