PENGARUH INTERNAL LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA SISWA SMK NEGERI 1 KARANGANYAR

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of internal locus of control on students’ interest in entrepreneurship on Vocational High School. This research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The population in this stuudy were all students in class XII Accounting and Finance Institutions totaling 106 students. The sample in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, with an accidental sampling method. Data collection for this research was carried out using a questionnaire. Test the validity of the questionnaire using help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Research data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis. The conclusions of this research is that there is a significant influence of internal locus of control on interest in entrepreneurship with a calculated t value of 7.619 and a significance of 0,000 < 0,05. The adjusted R Square value is 0,414, meaning that the coefficient of the internal locus of control variabel is 41,4% of interest in entrepreneurship. The regression line function equation model of interest in entrepreneurship is Y = 15.096 + 0,418 internal locus of control is statistically significant. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas XII Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga berjumlah 106 siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling, dengan metode accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas kuesioner menggunakan bantuan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan internal locus of control terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,619 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai adjusted R Square adalah 0,414, artinya besaran koefisisen variabel internal locus of control adalah 41,4% terhadap minat berwirausaha. Model persamaan fungsi garis regresi minat berwirausaha yaitu Y = 15,096 + 0,418 internal locus of control, signifikan secara statistik. Kata Kunci: Internal Locus of Control, Minat Berwirausaha
