Hubungan Kadar D-Dimer Dengan Mortalitas Pada Penderita COVID-19 Di Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Beberapa penelitian menyebutkan bahwa peningkatan kadar D-dimer di sirkulasi darah pada pasien COVID-19 dapat diasosiasikan dengan prognosis buruk, hal ini dikaitkan dengan adanya kelainan koagulasi pada pasien dengan COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kadar D-dimer dengan mortalitas pada penderita COVID-19 di Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret.

Metode: Metode penelitian ini berupa penelitian analitik obervasional secara retrospektif dengan desain cross-sectional dengan subjek penelitian penderita COVID-19 di Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret yang dibagi berdasarkan kadar D-dimer saat admisi dan dilihat hasil akhirnya. Data akan diolah menggunakan uji Chi-Square.

Hasil: Didapatkan sebanyak 318 subjek penelitian yang telah melewati kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Setelah data diolah menggunakan uji Chi-Square didapatkan hasil p=0.001 (signifikan) dengan besar Contingency Coefficient 0,290

Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara kadar D-dimer dengan mortalitas pada penderita COVID-19 di Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret.
