MENGGAGAS MUATAN PENDIDIKAN POLITIK YANG IDEAL (STUDI KASUS PARTAI DEMOKRASI INDONESIA PERJUANGAN (PDIP) KABUPATEN WONOGIRI)

Abstract

The dynamics of political party competition in the 2019 General Election provides wider opportunities for the people to deliver the aspirations and rights as citizens. The process of political socialization of citizens through political parties is carried out in an implementation of political education. Political education carried out by political parties both to party cadres and the wider community must have clear parameters to support the success of democracy itself. Law No. 2 Of 2011 concerning Political Parties has mandated and implementation of political education even though the content of desired political education has not been explained comprehensively. In this study focus on how an ideal political education content should be contained in the Law on Political Parties. The research method used in this research is empirical juridical research to capture the real condition in the implementation of political education conducted by the Indonesia Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) at the Wonogiri Regency.
