Collaborative Management Practice menuju Sekolah Berkualitas di Bustanul Athfal Aisyiyah Pujotomo

Abstract

Perubahan dan perkembangan yang begitu cepat menuntut dunia pendidikan mengikuti perkembangan. Manajmen dan pengelolaan sekolah perlu adaptasi sehingga sekolah tetap eksis dan menjalankan fungsinya di sekolah. Berdasarkan analisis situasi diperoleh permasalahan belum adanya perencanaan strategis sekolah, kurang optimalnya sarana prasarana sekolah, belum optimalnya kompetensi guru, belum optimalnya kerjasama sekolah, belum optimalnya pengembangan kreativitas siswa, belum adanya company profile sekolah. Oleh karena itu, perlu Iptek Collaborative Management Practice dengan strategi pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu: sosialisasi, perencanaan, pelatihan, pendampingan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Kegiatan dilakukan di Bustanul Athfal Aisyiyah Pujotomo, dengan target sasaran yaitu kepala sekolah 5 guru, komite sekolah, masyarakat di daerah Dusun Santan, Desa sumberejo, Kecamatan Mertoyudan, Kabupaten Magelang. Hasil pengabdian secara kualitas pengabdian terlaksana dengan baik dan keberlanjutan program ini mengarahkan pada pengembangan serta kemandirian kader sekolah. Pengabdian dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah kelembagaan yang kompleks dengan melibatkan hubungan kolektif kolegial bersama stakeholder dan masyarakat sekolah.
