Analisis Tingkat Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Perilaku Apoteker Terkait Penggunaan Telefarmasi: Studi Cross-Sectional

Abstract

Telefarmasi mulai mengalami peningkatan sejak pandemi coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19). Apoteker menggunakan telefarmasi sebagai telekomunikasi dalam berbagai aspek pelayanan kefarmasian. Penggunaan telefarmasi oleh apoteker masih sangat terbatas, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku apoteker terkait penggunaan telefarmasi. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada apoteker yang bekerja di Apotek wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk karakteristik responden, tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku terkait penggunaan telefarmasi. Analisis korelasi Spearman’s rank digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap dan perilaku, serta sikap dengan perilaku. Apoteker yang menjadi responden pada penelitian ini sejumlah 78 apoteker. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu mayoritas apoteker yang berpraktik di apotek memiliki tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap yang baik (89,74%; 66,67%), serta perilaku yang cukup (46,15%) terkait penggunaan telefarmasi, sehingga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap terkait penggunaan telefarmasi (p=0,006) serta sikap dengan perilaku terkait penggunaan telefarmasi (p=0,002), tetapi tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan terkait pengetahuan dengan perilaku penggunaan telefarmasi (p=0,573). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan apoteker yang baik, belum menjamin bahwa apoteker memiliki perilaku yang baik terkait penggunaan telefarmasi.
