JPSCR: Journal of Pharmaceutical Science and Clinical Research hereby announces an erratum to the article entitled “Effect of Green Pharmacy-Based MTM Education on Quality of Life among Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,” published in Volume 11, Issue 1, Pages 84–92, April 2026.

Following a request from the authors, the Editorial Team has reviewed and approved the corrections. The corrections involve the following aspects:

1. Decimal Separators: Commas (,) in numerical values in Table 1 and Table 3 have been replaced with periods (.) to ensure consistent numerical formatting.

2. p-value Formatting: Inconsistencies in the spacing and presentation of p-value in the tables and footnotes have been corrected.

3. Punctuation and Spacing: Minor punctuation and spacing errors in the reference list have been corrected.

These corrections are limited to typographical and formatting aspects and do not affect the underlying data, statistical results, interpretation, or conclusions of the study.
