HUBUNGAN PRAKTIK KERJA LAPANGAN DAN INTERNAL LOCUS OF CONTROL DENGAN KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA SMKN X SUKOHARJO
Abstract
Abstract This study aims to examine: (1) the relationship between fieldwork practices with work readiness students, (2) the relationship between internal locus of control with work readiness students, (3) the relationship between fieldwork practices and internal locus of control together with work readiness. The research method used in research is the quantitative correlational method. The population of the research is 108 students in grade XII of the Accounting and Financial Institutions Program SMKN X Sukoharjo. Samples are done randomly which obtains 85 samples. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, simple correlation, multiple correlations, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between fieldwork practices and work readiness students. (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between internal locus of control and work readiness students. (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between fieldwork practices and internal locus of control with work readiness students. Keywords: work readiness, fieldwork practices, internal locus of control Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) hubungan antara praktik kerja lapangan dengan kesiapan kerja siswa, (2) hubungan antara internal locus of control dengan kesiapan kerja siswa, (3) hubungan antara praktik kerja lapangan dan internal locus of control dengan kesiapan kerja siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 108 siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga SMKN X Sukoharjo. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 85 siswa yang diperoleh secara acak. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, korelasi sederhana, korelasi berganda, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara praktik kerja lapangan dengan kesiapan kerja siswa, (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara internal locus of control dengan kesiapan kerja siswa, (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara praktik kerja lapangan dan internal locus of control dengan kesiapan kerja siswa.
