PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN KEUANGAN TERHADAP PERILAKU KREDIT BERISIKO YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH EFIKASI DIRI PADA MAHASISWA FKIP UNS

Abstract


This study aimed to analyze the influence of financial knowledge on risky credit behavior mediated by self-efficacy. The type of research was quantitative. The population in this study consisted of Accounting Education and Economic Education students at FKIP UNS. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 130 respondents. The data collection technique employed was a questionnaire through Google Forms. The data analysis technique used in the study to test the direct influence was path analysis, which included path coefficient regression tests (t-test) and coefficient of determination analysis (R²), and to test the indirect influence through the Sobel test. The results of the study showed that (1) there was a  positive and significant direct influence of financial knowledge on self-efficacy; (2) there was a negative and significant direct influence of self-efficacy on risky credit behavior; (3) there was a negative and significant direct influence of financial knowledge on risky credit behavior; (4) there was a negative and significant indirect influence of financial knowledge on risky credit behavior.
