Perancangan Sistem Informasi Yayasan Kurnia Asih Jombang untuk Transparansi Pengelolaan Donasi dengan Metode Waterfall

Abstract

Abstrak : 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pengelolaan donasi berbasis web pada Yayasan Kurnia Asih Jombang guna meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, dan JavaScript, dengan fitur utama berupa manajemen donatur, pencatatan donasi, publikasi program, serta laporan keuangan otomatis. Pengujian fungsional dengan Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Uji usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor rata-rata 80,5, yang berada pada kategori “Baik” dan di atas standar kelayakan (68). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem mudah digunakan, relevan dengan kebutuhan pengguna, serta mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan donatur melalui penyediaan informasi yang cepat dan akurat.

Abstract :

This study aims to design and develop a web-based donation management information system for the Kurnia Asih Foundation in Jombang to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in fund management. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript, featuring donor management, donation recording, program publication, and automated financial reporting. Functional testing using Black Box Testing confirmed that all features operated according to specifications. Usability testing with the System Usability Scale (SUS) produced an average score of 80.5, classified as “Good” and above the acceptability threshold (68). These results indicate that the system is easy to use, relevant to user needs, and capable of enhancing donor trust by providing fast and accurate information.
