Publication and Accreditation History of IJAI (Indonesian Journal of Applied Informatics)

• In November 2016, IJAI published its inaugural issue: Volume 1, Number 1, with a publication frequency of two issues per volume annually. The journal was assigned a print ISSN: 2548-3846.
• On November 2, 2017, IJAI obtained its electronic ISSN (e-ISSN): 2598-5981, officially recognizing its digital publication format.
• On November 11, 2019, based on the Decree of the Director General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 30/E/KPT/2019, regarding the Accreditation Ranking of Scientific Journals (Period VI of 2019), IJAI was awarded SINTA 4 accreditation, effective from Volume 2, Number 1 (2017).
• On October 3, 2022, according to the Decree of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 204/E/KPT/2022, IJAI was reaffirmed as an Accredited Scientific Journal (Rank 4). This accreditation is valid from Volume 5, Number 2 (2021) through Volume 10, Number 1 (2026).
• IJAI’s official email address has changed from ijai@mipa.uns.ac.id to ijai@mail.uns.ac.id.
• Starting from Volume 9, Number 1, all accepted and published articles in IJAI are subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC).
