Abstract Submission

The organizing committee of the International Conference on Teacher Training and Education (ICTTE) welcomes abstract submissions written in English that align with the conference theme and areas specified in the Call for Papers.

  • Abstracts must not exceed 300 words and should clearly present the research problem, objectives, methodology, results, and conclusion.
  • All abstracts must be submitted online through the official Conference Management System (CMS). Submissions via email, fax, or post will not be accepted.
  • Authors are required to complete the Abstract Submission Form within the CMS to ensure their work is properly reviewed.
  • The online submission system does not support lengthy abstracts, graphics, or tables.
  • Authors are advised to proofread carefully before submission, as abstracts will be reproduced directly from the online system. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or data will appear in both online and printed versions.
  • Authors whose abstracts are accepted for presentation must also complete a separate registration by filling out the Conference Registration Form.
  • Submission of an abstract does not constitute official registration. In the case of multiple authors, each author must complete individual registration.

Full Paper Submission

Manuscripts submitted to the International Conference on Teacher Training and Education (ICTTE) must comply with the manuscript submission guidelines available on the conference website.

  • Full papers should be submitted through the ICTTE Conference System in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  • Each submission will undergo an independent double-blind peer review conducted by the scientific committee and expert reviewers.
  • After the abstract has been accepted and the registration payment confirmed, authors may proceed to upload the full paper.
  • The Upload Full Paper function in the CMS will be activated once access is granted by the committee. Authors must complete all required fields and upload the final version of their manuscript.
  • It is mandatory for at least one author of each accepted paper to present their work during the scheduled sessions. Only papers that are presented at the conference will be considered for inclusion in the ICTTE Proceedings or other designated publication outlets.

All abstracts and full papers will be evaluated through a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance to the conference theme.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor)
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
