Pengaruh Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga Pada Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Perceived Supervisor Support Dan Internal Locus of Control Sebagai Variabel Moderasi

Abstract


The study aims to determine of influence of work-family conflict to job satisfaction, moderated by perceived supervisor support and internal locus of control. Sample of this study is officers of Rutan Klas I Surakarta that stays in the office or the guards for the prisoner’s cell. This study covered 106 respondent, taken by simple random sampling technique. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. Result show that: 1) work-family conflict has a negative effect on job satisfaction; 2) perceived supervisor support has a positive effect on job satisfaction; 3) perceived supervisor support moderate the effect of work-family conflict on the job satisfaction; 4) internal locus of control has a positive effect on job satisfaction; 5) internal locus of control moderate the effect of work-family conflict on the job satisfaction.
