Abstract
The research aims to examine and analysis the theorical and empirical, the influence of the role of organizational commitment on the relationship between leadership behaviour and job satisfaction with the object of research in the Hospital. This research is explanatory research. This research explain causal relationships between variables research through hypothesis testing. Collection method in this research was carried out using the method of survey that is by using questionnaire. The population in this study are employees of the Hospital. With the technique of systematic sampling and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Models (SEM). The results of this study showed that the presence of influence who do not significant influence between the behaviour of leadership and job satisfaction. The existence of significant influence of organizational commitment on the relationship between leadership behaviour and job satisfaction. Research result also showed a positive may influence between organizational commitments towards job satisfaction.
