Perilaku Berbagi Pengetahuan Di Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the sharing of knowledge in an academic environment seen from the theory of planned behavior (TPB). This research was conducted in the university because the university has a specific environment compared with other organizations that have an independent nature of the work and the organizational culture that is different from most other organizations. The study covered 202 lecturer of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. Using SEM, the results show that the intention of sharing knowledge has a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior. Knowledge sharing attitude, subjective norm and perceived control behavior has positive influence on the intention to share knowledge. But, perception control behavior has no effect on knowledge sharing behavior.
