Hubungan Toxic Workplace Environment dan Job Insecurity
Abstract
Dalam suatu organisasi, lingkungan kerja tidak hanya mencakup aspek fisik tempat kerja saja tetapi juga dinamika interpersonal dan budaya perusahaan yang membentuk pengalaman kolektif karyawan. Namun, tidak semua lingkungan kerja memberikan rasa aman, dukungan dan motivasi bagi individu yang bekerja di perusahaannya. Lingkungan kerja toksik merupakan fenomena yang dapat menimbulkan dampak yang merugikan, tidak hanya bagi keamanan kerja individu tetapi juga bagi kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi populasi menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 101 pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kota Semarang. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Spearman ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara toxic workplace environment dan job insecurity (r = 0,664; p < 0,05). Maka dari itu, hipotesis penelitian diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan antara toxic workplace environment dan job insecurity. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperluas populasi penelitian, dan memperluas cakupan variabel
