Hubungan Antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dengan Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasional pada Karyawan PT. X

Abstract


Perilaku kewargaan organisasional adalah segala tindakan sukarela yang dilakukan karyawan di luar tugas resmi perusahaan sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja perusahaan. Salah satu faktor penentu perilaku kewargaan organisasional pada karyawan adalah persepsi dukungan organisasi. Persepsi dukungan organisasi adalah kepercayaan bahwa perusahaan memberikan apresiasi yang sesuai atas kontribusi karyawan serta memiliki kepedulian terhadap karyawan. Persepsi dukungan organisasi dapat membentuk tanggung jawab, perasaan positif, dan identifikasi diri dengan perusahaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kecenderungan perilaku kewargaan organisasional pada karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan perilaku kewargaan organisasional. Dalam penelitian ini, hubungan kedua variabel tersebut diteliti pada 124 karyawan PT. X yang berpusat di Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. Penentuan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan metode quota sampling dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 71 karyawan laki-laki dan 53 karyawan perempuan dalam rentang usia 19–55 tahun. Persepsi dukungan organisasi diukur menggunakan hasil adaptasi dan modifikasi skala persepsi dukungan organisasi milik Eisenberger et al. (1986) dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,849. Perilaku kewargaan organisasional diukur menggunakan skala perilaku kewargaan organisasional yang disusun oleh peneliti dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,904. Data penelitian kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan perilaku kewargaan organisasional pada karyawan PT. X.
