Pemahaman Sejarah Pergerakan Nasional dan Sikap Multikulturalisme Dengan Sikap Nasionalisme Siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) The relationship between the understanding of the history of the national movement with the nationalism attitude of students of class XI IPS at Ngemplak 1 Boyolali High School. 2) The relationship between multiculturalism and nationalism in Social Sciences class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak Boyolali. 3) The relationship between the historical understanding of the national movement and the multiculturalism attitude together with the nationalism attitude of the XI IPS class students at Ngemplak Boyolali 1 High School. This study uses a quantitative method approach with correlational research design. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS High School 1 Ngemplak Boyolali 2018/2019 academic year totaling 164 students. The sample was taken as many as 116 students with a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and tests. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2, and relative and effective contributions. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded: 1) There is a relationship between the historical understanding of the national movement and the nationalism attitude of the XI IPS class students at Ngemplak Boyolali 1 Public High School. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test), it is known that tcount> t table is 2,291> 1,661 and significance value <0,05, which is 0,024 <0,05 with a relative contribution of 14.90% and effective contribution of 6,10% . 2) There is a relationship between multiculturalism and nationalism attitudes of XI IPS students in Ngemplak Boyolali 1 High School. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test). It is known that tcount> t table is 7.449> 1.661 and significance value <0.05, which is 0,000 <0.05 with a relative contribution of 85.10% and effective contribution of 35.06%. 3) There is a relationship between the historical understanding of the national movement and the multiculturalism attitude together with the nationalism attitude of the XI IPS class students at Ngemplak Boyolali 1 Public High School. This is based on the results of the ANOVA test on the multiple linear regression significance test (F test). It is known that Fcount> Ftable is 39,650> 2.70 and the significance value is <0.05, which is 0,000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 41.2%, which means that the relationship given the variable understanding of the history of the national movement and multiculturalism attitude together with the nationalism attitude of IPS XI students in Ngemplak Boyolali 1 High School is 41.2% while the remaining 58, 8% is influenced by variables or other factors.
