Implementasi Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Make A Match Untuk Meningkatkan Minat dan Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase the interest and historical learning achievement of students in class XI MIPA 3 even semester at Kebakkramat High School Academic Year 2018/2019 by applying the Cooperative Learning type Make A Match.

This research was carried out using the Classroom on Research method. This research was conducted in two cycles. In each cycle there are four stages of activities, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 36 students in the XI MIPA class 3 Kebakkramat High School. Data and data sources come from students, teachers and the learning process. The technique of collecting data uses tests, questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques, namely data triangulation and method triangulation.

The results of the study show that: 1) The application of Cooperative Learning type Make A Match models can increase the interest in history learning in class XI MIPA 3 Kebakkramat State Senior High School 2018/2019. This can be seen from the results of the student's budget. In the pre-action stage the average percentage of achievement indicators of student learning is only 69.88%. Then in the cycle I phase increased to 75.06% and in the second cycle increased again to 80.31%. This achievement has reached the set of research performance targets, which is ≥75%. 2) The application of the Cooperative Learning type Make A Match model can also improve student learning achievement in the learning history of class XI MIPA 3 Kebakkramat State High School. The increase in the number of students who can achieve the KKM score = 67 has reached the set of research performance targets which are equal to ≥75%. The conclusion of this research is the application of Cooperative Learning type Make A Match model can increase the interest and historical learning achievement of class XI MIPA 3 Kebakkramat Public High School 2018/2019 academic year.
