Pendidikan Sebagai Modal Manusia Dalam Mencapai Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Berkelanjutan di Indonesia

Abstract

Pentingnya pendidikan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan telah ditunjukkan secara objektif dalam studi ini, dan modal manusia telah lama dianggap sebagai aspek yang paling khas dari sistem ekonomi. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menyelidiki secara empiris peran pendidikan sebagai modal manusia yang kaitannya dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan dari berbagai hasil penelitian terdahulu. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan studi literatur yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang dimensi korelatif-sinergis. Hasilnya Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang, harus mencurahkan sumber daya yang signifikan untuk membangun sistem pendidikan yang kuat sejalan dengan salah visi Indonesia emas tahun 2045 untuk mencapai pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan yang berpusat pada pengetahuan dan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang tinggi.
