Pengaruh Pemanfaatan E-Commerce Shopee, Locus of Control, dan Pelatihan Bisnis terhadap Kinerja Usaha pada Mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta sebagai Pelaku Bisnis Online (Studi pada Mahasiswa di Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha UNS)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using e-commerce, locus of control, and business training on business performance in students of Sebelas Maret University as online business people. Business people online were 142 students. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative, with primary and secondary data sources in the form of online questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the validity and reliability test shows that 29 of the 30 statements are said to be valid and reliable. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between the use of e-commerce, locus of control, and business training on business performance of UNS students as online simultaneously, with F count of 88.720 and an R2 value. of 72.5%. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between the use of e-commerce on business performance of UNS students as online partially, with a t count > t table (6.006 > 1.983) and a probability value (0.000 < 0.05). Utilization variable e-commerce 35.94%. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between locus of control on business performance in UNS students as online partially, with t count > t table (2.999 > 1.983) and probability value (0.003 < 0.05). Variable is locus of control 15.31%. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect between business training business peoples online partially, with a t count > t table (3.679 > 1.983) and a probability value (0.000 < 0.05). Contribution value of business training variable by 21.19%.
