Pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Lingkungan Keluarga dan Sosial serta Efikasi Diri sebagai Variabel Mediasi terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Siswa SMK Kelas XII Jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran di Surakarta
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga, dan lingkungan sosial terhadap intensi berwirausaha dimediasi dengan efikasi diri pada siswa SMK Jurusan BDP di Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei kuantitatif dengan populasi siswa SMK Jurusan BDP di Surakarta dan sampel penelitian yaitu sebanyak 198 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah proportionate random sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis jalur (path analysis) dan analisis regresi hirarki dengan SPSS 25.
Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan siginifikan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga dan sosial terhadap efikasi diri, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga dan sosial terhadap intensi berwirausaha, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. (4) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung secara positif dan signifikan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga dan sosial terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui efikasi diri, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sobel test 0,000 < 0,05. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya pendidikan kewirausahaan, dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan sosial dapat membentuk intensi individu dalam berwirausaha.Keywords
