HUBUNGAN ANTARA PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA DENGAN EFEKTIVITAS KUD DI KUD MUSUK BOYOLALI

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the relation between member's participation with effectiveness of KUD (Unit of Countryside CO-Operation) at KUD Musuk Boyolali of Centraljava. Basic method that used by researcher is descriptive analition with survey technic. Population in this research is all of member 's KUD Musuk Boyolali ofCentraljava. Taking sample use proportional,. random sampling technique, as much as 50 responden. To know about level of member group participation and effectiveness ofKUD, using Rank Spearman coefficient correlation test. To know significant test using test with 95% level of truth (a =0,05). Research result show that member participation in supporting capital, counselling, observation and business unit is low, but middle in decision making. The level of KUD 's Effectiveness is middle, including this are KUD 's productivity, member's satisfaction, and institute of KUD. In this factor, only rotation of member is include high level. Rank spearman anali.syst result shows that contains real relationship between member participation in bisiness unit with KUD 's productivity, and relation between member participation in bisiness unit with the level of KUD institute. There is real relation between member 's participation and effectiveness of KUD at KUD Musuk Boyo/ali of Central java.
