ANALISIS PERUBAHAN STRUKTUR EKONOMI DAN PENENTUAN SEKTOR UNGGULAN KABUPATEN PELALAWAN PROVINSI RIAU TAHUN 2015-2019

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the shift in the economic structure and identify the leading sectors in Pelalawan Regency in 2015-2019. The basic method of this research is descriptive analysis. The method of determining the location is purposive with the research location in Pelalawan Regency. The data collection method uses data time series from 2015 to 2019. The analytical method used is the LQ Method and analysis Shift Share. The data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency. The results of the study show that in 2015-2019 in Pelalawan Regency the agricultural, forestry, and fishery sectors; and the manufacturing sector is the basic sector (LQ>1). While the other fifteen economic sectors are included in the non-base sector (LQ<1). There are two sectors classified as mature (LQ>1 and negative LQ), namely agriculture, forestry and fisheries; and the manufacturing sector. There are two sectors that are classified as emerging (LQ<1 and LQ are positive) namely the mining and quarrying sector and the government administration, defense and mandatory social security sectors classified as transforming There are thirteen economic sectors(LQ<1 and LQ negative) in Pelalawan Regency. The component of economic growth in Pelalawan Regency, namely the regional growth value of the economic sector in Pelalawan Regency is IDR 3,107,056.601. The value of proportional growth /industry mix has a positive influence on the economic development of Pelalawan Regency in 2015-2019, which is IDR 2,603,828. The value of the regional share growth component resulted in a value of IDR -1,088,049.
