ANALISIS USAHA AGROINDUSTRI KERIPIK UBI UNGU DI KECAMATAN TAWANGMANGU, KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

Abstract

ABSTRACT:The basic method used in this research is descriptive analytical method. The method of determining the location was carried out by the purposive method (deliberately) which was carried out in Karanglo Village and Bandardawung Village, Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. Respondents in this study were all purple potato chips agro-industrial business owners in Karanglo and Bandardawung villages, Tawangmangu district, Karanganyar regency, 34 units of purple sweet potato chips agro-industry business. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis used is the analysis of costs, revenues, profits, analysis of business efficiency and analysis of BEP (Break Even Point).
The results showed: the average total cost of agro-industrial purple sweet potato chips in Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency was IDR 1,291,366.15 per day, the average income was IDR 1,719,705.88/day so that the profit was IDR 428,339.73/day. The efficiency of the purple sweet potato chips agro-industry in Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency is 1.33, this indicates that the business being run is efficient as indicated by the R / C ratio of more than one. The agro-industry of purple sweet potato chips in Tawangmangu Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency is feasible because the average revenue of IDR 1,719,705.88/day is greater than BEP IDR 132,955,301/day, the average production is 94.56 kg per day is greater. BEP 7 kg per day, and the average price of IDR 18,323.53/kg is greater than BEP IDR 13,656,579/kg.
