Abstract

Abstract: The research aim is to determine the factors that can influence consumer purchase intentions of halal frozen food in the city of Surakarta. The variables studied include attitude, subjective norm, perceived control behavior, halal certification, health and halal marketing. The number of samples used was 160 respondents. Data collection techniques with survey and recording techniques. Data analysis method using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The result shows that attitude, subjective norm, perceived control behaviour, halal certification, health and halal marketing had significant influence about consumers purchase intention to halal frozen food in Surakarta city and halal quality had significant influence about attitude in consumers purchase intention to halal frozen food in Surakarta city.
