The results showed that: 1) There is no influence between the education level variables on employee performance, this is indicated by the Wald significance, it is known that it is 0.163> 0.05 p-value which is smaller than alpha indicating that Ho is accepted. 2) There is an influence between work discipline variables on employee performance. This is indicated by the t-test value of 4.111, to determine whether or not there is an influence, then the t-count must be greater than the ttable. In this study, the t table with a significant level of 5% and df = 59 (df = n - k - 1, where df = 59 - 2 - 1 = 56), obtained t table of 2.003 or 4.111> 2.003 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
