The Online Service System of Krandegan Village, also known as SiPolgan, is a system used to serve the administrative needs of the residents of  Krandegan Village. This research aims to determine the community's acceptance of the SiPolgan application in Krandegan Village using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). TAM assesses community acceptance through several variables: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude towards using, behavioral intention to use, and actual system use. The research methodology employed here is quantitative. The respondents in this study are the residents of Krandegan Village who use the SiPolgan application for administrative services. Data processing techniques involve the use of SPSS and Lisrel applications. The findings of this research are as follows: 1) Perceived ease of use has a significant and positive influence on perceived usefulness.; 2) Perceived ease of use has a significant and positive influence on attitude towards using.; 3) Perceived usefulness does not influence attitude towards using; 4) Perceived usefulness has a significant and positive influence on behavioral intention to use; 5) Attitude towards using has a significant and positive influence on behavioral intention to use; 6) Behavioral intention to use has a significant and positive influence on actual system use; 7) Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using, and behavioral intention to use collectively have an influence on the actual usage of the SiPolgan application by the community. This research suggests that the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of the SiPolgan application, along with the community's attitude and intention to use it, all contribute to its actual usage by the community members in Krandegan Village.
