Jurnal Verstek is a peer-reviewed journal published by Procedural Law Department, Faculty of Law, Universitas Sebelas Maret three times a year in April, August, and December.

This Journal aims primarily to facilitate scholarly and professional discussions over current developments on legal issues in Indonesia as well as to publish innovative legal researches concerning Indonesian procedural law. It provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to public support a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Published exclusively in Bahasa Indonesia. Novelty and recency of issues, however, is a priority in publishing. The scope of the articles published in this journal deal with a broad range of topics in the fields of procedural Law. Jurnal Verstek is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution (for libraries or individual).

Users (for libraries or individual) are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
