This paper will discuss the development of batik design inspired by local peculiarities of society  Raja Ampat which raised the marine richness. The design of batik with a source ideas the marine environment at Raja Ampat region chosen as the starting point due to the need of batik design in Raja Ampat who keep increasing. The potential of marine resources and environment Raja Ampat visual processed into a motif with the addition of embroidery techniques to produce batik innovation and value differentiator compared with batik products that already exist. This paper will discuss the process of the making of the Raja Ampat batik and discuss the visual aesthetics of Batik Raja Ampat.
