Hubungan Tingkat Kecemasan Dengan Kualitas Hidup Mahasiswa Kedokteran Akibat Pandemi COVID-19 Di Fakultas Kedokteran UNS Angkatan 2018
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Pembelajaran daring akibat pandemi menimbulkan kecemasan pada mahasiswa kedokteran. Diskusi tutorial hanya melalui chat, praktikum hanya menggunakan video, ujian OSCE dilaksanakan melalui video dengan probandus yang tidak standar, perkuliahan hanya terpusat pada penyampaian materi, dan adanya transisi group discussion menjadi self-learning. Kecemasan yang tinggi mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas hidup pada mahasiswa yang memengaruhi performa akademik mereka. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kecemasan dan kualitas hidup mahasiswa kedokteran tingkat akhir
Metode: Desain penelitian merupakan analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Subjek penelitian merupakan mahasiswa kedokteran FK UNS angkatan 2018 yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Subjek melakukan pengisian kuesioner BAI dan WHOQOL-BREF. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi non parametrik Spearman
Hasil: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p<0,05) dengan kekuatan hubungan kuat hingga cukup dan tidak searah antara tingkat kecemasan terhadap kualitas hidup mahasiswa kedokteran FK UNS angkatan 2018 di era pandemi
Kesimpulan: Terdapat adanya penurunan kualitas hidup seiring dengan peningkatan kecemasan pada mahasiswa kedokteran FK UNS angkatan 2018 akibat pandemi
