PENTINGNYA TATA INFORMASI TENTANG PELAYANAN PUBLIK BAGI MASYARAKAT

Abstract

In line with State Apparatus Efficiency Minister’s Regulation No. 63 of 2004, the public service is basically carried out by the society itself, but because of certain consideration as the manifestation of public participation in organizing certain public service, service agency is likely present to help the organization of public service with the provision that the status of service agency should be clear, it should have business license from authorized institution and in conducting service coordination, it should coordinate with the corresponding service provider, particularly pertaining to tariff, requirement, service time, thereby not distracting the function of public service organization.
