INTEGRASI CIVIC ENGAGMENT DALAM PENGELOLAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA

Abstract

The research was conducted in order to find out how the integrity of civic engagement is in Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Where in social life can not be separated from the involvement of citizens in any activity, especially in the economic activities of citizens. The object of this research is BUMDes in Bringinan Village with a causal study qualitative research method. From this research, it was found that in order to improve the people's economy, a BUMDes was established which required the involvement of its community members to participate in the success of its role as a wheel of the economy of the community members. The existence of integrity is a unit that is very attached and cannot be separated, in order to achieve the goal of increasing the welfare of the community, especially in the economic aspect. members.
