PENGARUH STRES KERJA, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION (STUDI PADA KARYAWAN PT DELTOMED LABORATORIES WONOGIRI)

Abstract

Boyolali is one of the regions in Central Java that has many potential resources, one of which is water resources. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work stress, organizational commitment, and employee job satisfaction  on turnover intention (Study on employees of PT Deltomed Laboratories Wonogiri). The sample in this study was 75 employees of PT Deltomed Laboratories Wonogiri. The sampling method  used is purposive sampling while the technique used is a sample with certain criteria. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variable of work stress has a  negative effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative effect on  turnover intention.
