Abstract

The very rapidly city development and growth is frequently not balanced with the speedy of wholly and precisely environment planning, so that damage or inconvenience will occur later. It requires the improvement or maintenance of environment needing higher effort and cost. We see, for example, the building condemnation for road widening, building disassembly in the area not consistent with the allotment, as well as a variety of interest conflict. In addition, the development expanding to outside administrative area brings about many effects and aspects that should be coped with jointly. The inter-area layout completion is not easy. It requires a long-term thinking, cooperation between the areas including many sectors such as geography, demography, job opportunity & labor force, education and improvement of society’s legal awareness in integrated and sustainable manner.
