STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI DPPKAD KABUPATEN SRAGEN DALAM SOSIALISASI PENGALIHAN PBB-P2 MENJADI PAJAK DAERAH

Abstract


PBB-P2 diversion program is a program of the Directorate General of Taxation to transfer the management of the PBB-P2 from central taxes to local taxes. The program aims to increase the acceptance of the PBB-P2 and the tax revenue can be directly used for regional development. The new program would require massive public education conducted by DPPKAD Sragen.

The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative primary data sources obtained from interviews and observations.

Based on this research, it is known stage communication strategy undertaken by DPPKAD Sragen, namely: know the audience is done through observation and determine the goals of socialization. The next stage is to construct a message. After composing messages, the next step is to determine the method. The technique is a technique used in association socialization, integration, reward and settings, while for the method, DPPKAD Sragen informative and persuasive methods. After composing messages and determine the next step is selecting the method of use of the media. Media used by DPPKAD Sragen in socialization is the local media of newspapers, radio, local television and banners. Last stage is evaluation and monitoring. It used to know that the socialization can received by audience/community.
