Abstract

This research aims to know more clearly about the ability of the head of the village Durenan, district Sidorejo, Magetan, East Java Province towards the Organization of the system of Government in terms of law number 6 Year 2014 about villages. This research is seen from the goal including the types of empirical legal research with qualitative approach is descriptive in nature. Data source derived from primary data sources namely through interviews with members of the Government of the village of Durenan and the author has considered linkages are discussed in this study. Based on the results of research and data analysis that has been done then can be drawn the conclusion that the village chief Durenan rated maximum yet to carry out the activities of the Government of the village in the village of Durenan in accordance with the law number 6 Year 2014 about Villages and acquired factors that hampered the Government in the activities of the village in the village of Durenan
