PERAN TIM PENGAWAL DAN PENGAMAN PEMERINTAH DAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH (TP4D) KEJAKSAAN NEGERI KLATEN DALAM PENGELOLAAN PENGGUNAAN DANA DESA

Abstract

The purpose of this legal research is to find out how the role of the team escort and security of government and regional development (TP4D) of Klaten State Attorney’s in impementation of using village fund and the obstacle faced by the team escort and security of government and regional development (TP4D) of Klaten State Attorney’s. This legal research is empirical legal research or non-doctrinal research to find out the real state of affairs that occurs in the field. The type of the data being used is primary data in the form of observation and interview, as well as secondary data in the form of legislation. The technique of data collection is done by collecting study materials from the libraries of the law relating to research as well as data obtained from field observations and interviews.

The result of this research show the role of TP4D effort in the implementation of the use of the village fund in klaten regency, in standard oprational procedure (SOP) can passive or active. Passive in terms of when in a national development project in practice no problem and normally as expected. Active in the sense that if found any indication of irregularities, doubt, or abuses in the management of a budget. In preventing deviations in the implementation of the village fund themselves, TP4D has a number of ways such as monitoring and evaluation, jaksa bina desa progams, and village employee school progams.
