PENERAPAN ZONA INTEGRITAS MENUJU WILAYAH BEBAS KORUPSI DAN WILAYAH BIROKRASI BERSIH DAN MELAYANI DI PEMERINTAH KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

This study explains and examines the problems related to the implementation of Integrity Zone Towards Free Corruption Area and Clean and Serve Bureaucracy Area in local government of Yogyakarta City along with its effectiveness in combating corruption and improving the quality of public services. The high number of corruption and bad quality of public services relatively, encourage the government in implementing Bureaucracy Reform. This research is empirical research, which kind prescriptive evaluative, and using syllogistic method with deductive mindset. There are only 2 (two) units Integrity Zone in local government of Yogyakarta City after 6 (six) years its implementation. The concept of Integrity Zone which is derived from the Bureaucracy Reform can not reach all units in the government agency which has implications on the level of its effectiveness in combating corruption and improving the quality of public services in the government agency.
