Strategi inovasi smart city Ibu Kota Negara yang berkelanjutan (Studi kasus di lima kota dunia)

Abstract

Kota dan teknologi tumbuh bersama seiring waktu. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan tersebut, kota menghadapi tantangan seperti penurunan kualitas lingkungan, dinamika sosial, serta ketimpangan ekonomi. Konsep inovasi smart city dinilai potensial untuk diterapkan sebagai wujud pemberdayaan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) yang berkelanjutan. International Institute for Management Development tahun 2023 menyatakan bahwa Singapura, Canberra, Copenhagen, Helsinki, dan Oslo memiliki peringkat dan strategi inovasi smart city terbaik yang dapat dijadikan sebagai best practice untuk pembangunan IKN. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis isi dengan metode eksploratif untuk memahami secara mendalam dan mendeskripsikan hubungan dan strategi inovasi smart city untuk IKN yang berkelanjutan dengan best practice dari lima kota dunia. Dalam hasil penelitian ini, strategi inovasi smart city dibagi menjadi tiga pilar, meliputi smart environment, smart community, serta smart economy. Pembagian pilar ini berlandaskan kepada kebutuhan dasar dalam pembangunan ibu kota yang holistik dan berkelanjutan serta Rencana Induk Ibu Kota Negara.
