Persepsi Siswa terhadap Penggunaan Biocard Berbahasa Indonesia- Mandarin pada Materi IPA-Biologi SMP

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know students’ perceptions criteria in biology science learning on the use
of biocard Indonesian-Mandarin on biology science subject. This research was descriptive with 58 students as
the subject. Data were collected using questionnaires after students used biocard as a learning media. Based
on the result of data analysis obtained the perception of students in very high 31,03 %, category high 65.52
%, enough 3,45 %. According to the students, the students become more knowledgeable about biology object
and the level of organizational life of 79.31%. Students interested in reading biocard because it has an
interesting picture. In addition, according to the students Indonesian-mandarin biocard add the students
reading skill which includes prounounciation, tone, and vocabulary mandarin mastery 79.31%, where the
cards were design with hanzi and pinyin which completed with tone marks can provide convenience to the
students at the time reading. So, it can concluded that students have a high perception of Indonesian-mandarin
biocard.
