Analisis Ketersediaan dan Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran Bola Voli di Sekolah Negeri Se-Kecamatan Darussalam Aceh Besar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis ketersediaan dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran bola voli di sekolah negeri se-Kecamatan Darussalam, Aceh Besar, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru PJOK dan kepala sekolah yang dipilih secara purposive, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña serta analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran tersedia di semua sekolah, namun jumlahnya terbatas dan sebagian tidak layak digunakan. Pemanfaatan media belum optimal akibat keterbatasan alat dan penggunaan fasilitas secara bersama. Selain itu, perawatan dan manajemen media masih lemah, serta terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan sarana, minimnya dukungan sekolah, dan ketergantungan pada dana BOS. Meskipun demikian, sebagian guru melakukan inovasi melalui modifikasi media. Disimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi pembelajaran memerlukan peningkatan ketersediaan, pengelolaan, dan inovasi media.
